K2 BasicRail System

K2 Add On

K2 Add On is a ‘rail-share’ method, so the underlying rail structure is aligned to the long sides of the module frames, with one rail supporting the modules above and below. Modules are clamped using our Add-ons.

The K2 AddOn mounting adapter enables grid or shared-rail installation without additional rails or clamps. Fits all K2 SolidRails, CrossRails, SingleRails and SpeedRails.

Material: glass fibre reinforced polyamide. For module frame height 35-50 mm.

K2 Anchor Bolt for Steel M8x155/50 Length 205mm

Solar panel anchor bolt for steel Ø 8,0(bottom part) with M10x50 thread, FZD Solar fastener (stainless steel) for mounting K2 system components on roofs with sheet metal or trapeze or wave shaped roofs (for steel substructure) (without adapter plate). Building authority-certified. The head of the bolt has a six-lobe drive.

K2 Rafterbolt M10-180 Set

K2 RailUp Set

An optional addition to the K2 SpeedRail and MultiRail system, making the installation of power optimizers and microinverters easier. The RailUp Set allows the modules to be raised using a minimum of material and to optimise module ventilation on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. The set includes all screws and nuts necessary for the installation. The RailUp set is mounted under each module clamp and is compatible with the universal K2 clamps OneMid/OneEnd as well as the K2 standard module clamps. It is not compatible with the K2 AddOn.

K2 Self-Tapping Moulded Screw 6x38mm

K2 Self-tapping screw with mounted EPDM supported washer.Hexagon screws for the connection of mounting rails and rail connectors, as well as for the SpeedClip assembly.

K2 Stairplate Set

Micro Inverter and Optimiser of the companies Solar Edge and Enphase can be hooked in all K2 rails (except MiniRail) with K2 StairPlate without screwing it directly on the roof. With the corresponding screws and nuts the tools can be connected with the K2 StairPlate in advance. The height of the modules and the tools to be used must be noted.
