Alternergy offers a range of payment options for customer convenience.
Please note that goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full and cleared, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Some payment methods may take up to 3 working days to clear. Our bank details are provided on your order confirmation and invoice.
Card payments are processed through secure payment arrangements that support applicable PCI DSS requirements. Further information is available on ourPayment Security page.
Secure Card PaymentPaying by card, either through our online shop or over the phone, is the fastest way to pay. Please see below the card types that we accept from our customers:

Faster PaymentsFaster Payments can be made online, over the phone, in branch or through self-service kiosks in under 2 hours. There is a value limit which varies between accounts, and some banks charge a fee. Check with your bank for more info. |
BACSBACS is an electronic payment method used to transfer funds from one bank account to another. Please note that BACS payments may take up to 3 working days to clear, and goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. |
CHAPSCHAPS payments are usually received on the same working day, provided instructions are submitted before your bank’s cut-off time. There is no limit to the amount of money you can send, although banks often charge a fee for this service. |
Cash/ChequeAlternergy do not accept cash or cheques in exchange for goods. |
