About TCL Solar

TCL Solar is the solar photovoltaic brand of the wider TCL Group. Its solar business combines research and development, large-scale manufacturing and an increasingly vertically integrated supply chain spanning silicon wafers, solar cells and PV modules.

TCL’s solar business also includes TCL SunPower, combining TCL’s global manufacturing capabilities with SunPower’s more than 40 years of solar innovation and expertise in high-efficiency back-contact technology. The acquisition of DAS Solar further strengthens TCL’s photovoltaic manufacturing capabilities and vertically integrated solar supply chain.

TCL Solar Panel Technologies

T-Class – N-Type TOPCon

The TCL T-Class uses N-Type TOPCon half-cut cell technology. Selected models combine bifacial and glass-glass construction, providing high-efficiency module options for residential and commercial solar PV installations.

E-Class – Back Contact

The TCL E-Class uses N-type back-contact solar technology, with electrical contacts positioned behind the cells. This maximises the active front surface while creating a clean, uniform appearance suited to high-efficiency residential and commercial projects.

T5 Pro & S-Class – TOPCon Shingled

TCL Solar’s wider portfolio includes TOPCon shingled technology within the T5 Pro and S-Class ranges. These modules reduce conventional cell spacing to increase active module area and create a uniform module design.

TCL Solar Panels for UK Installers
