    The ARK HV Battery System offers flexible energy storage for three phase hybrid/ac-coupled solutions. The system uses cobalt free batteries and adopts multiple level protection from BMS and inverters to ensure its extreme safety and reliability, excellent performance, and a long lifespan.

    It features a modular stacked design and is lightweight for one-person installation to save time and cost. In addition, the quick connectors ensure easy plug & play installation.

    Growatt ARK 2.5H-A1 high voltage battery unit is part of the ARK HV System. This is a lithium-ion battery (LiFePO4) which has some advantages over lead acid and other batteries such as longer life, little to no maintenance, extremely safe, relatively light weight and improved discharge and charging efficiency.

    The battery has an IP65 protection level and is suitable for both wall and floor installation. However, a separate base may be required for installation on a floor.

    With regards to compatibility, the system works with Growatt three phase SPH/SPA BH-UP Inverters.

    For daily use and maintenance, Growatt provides a whole-system warranty including the battery system and storage inverters. Additionally, Growatt allows installers to upgrade the firmware of the battery system remotely, which can help reduce the O&M cost and improve service efficiency.

    Our ARK Battery System bundle is expandable to suit the customer's needs for solar storage. The components needed are: 

    1. Three-Phase SPH/SPA BH-UP Inverter
    2. Growatt ARK 2.5H-A1 Battery - Each battery has a storage capacity of 2.56 kWh. For a Growatt SPH/SPA BH-UP inverter, a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 batteries can be used in series (7.68kWh – 25.6kWh)
    3. Growatt HVC 60050-A1 - BMS (Battery Management System) controller
    4. Growatt ARK HV Cable Set - This cable set provides the connection between the inverter and the battery system
    5. Growatt Battery Module Base - Due to the weight of the systems, it is advised to place the batteries on the corresponding base
    6. Growatt ARK Series Cable Set (optional) - If there is not enough space in height, one can choose to build two stacks. In this case, one needs the Series Cable Set and an extra Battery Module Base.

      Note that for floor installation with base , the maximum stack number of the batteries is ten. But if the battery number is greater than six, Growatt recommends stacking them in two lines.



    Notes:

    → ARK series battery has an EU model and a General model, the storage inverters sold in European countries only work with EU model ARK battery.
    → Growatt ARK batteries only work with Growatt inverters.
