    PowerStack ST455kWh-110kW-4h is an advanced, high-efficiency energy storage system designed for commercial and industrial (C&I) applications with liquid cooling and thermal power management powered by artificial intelligence for optimal performance. 
    This battery storage system is engineered for seamless integration across transport, installation, and O&M. Its fully integrated design with pre-installation and pre-commissioning features significantly reduces on-site setup time and operational costs.

    The energy storage system charges and discharges energy within a 4-hour period (0.25C Rate), allowing for flexible scalability, and comes with a 5-year warranty.

    The PowerStack by Sungrow is a compact and modular energy storage system. Thanks to its all-in-one design, it integrates the battery, inverter, and energy management system into a single, easy-to-install unit.

    PowerStack components come pre-assembled inside a cabinet: PCS: SC110CX Inverter-Charger, Liquid Cooling Unit, Battery Rack with 4 lithium-ion battery units, and Power Distribution Box containing the fire suppression system (FSS).

    Thanks to the system flexible design, ST455kWh cabinets can be installed without separation spaces, optimising the use of available area. Up to 10 cabinets can be connected per installation, allowing capacity expansion up to 4.55 MWh for larger projects.

    Whether placed face-to-face, back-to-back, or side-by-side, it perfectly caters to the unique needs of commercial and industrial applications where space usage is critical.

    ✔  Simple Design Enables Fast Connection

    PowerStack is an all-in-one, highly integrated storage solution which is designed for quick connection and commissioning minimising on-site installation work and operating costs.

    All components come pre-assembled inside a cabinet; all plumbing is connected. On-site, the installation consists of basic work such as DC connections, groundwork, auxiliary power supplies, AC connection, and cold and hot commissioning. The complete commissioning is done in a maximum of two days.

    Other features:

    • The bottom of the cabinet comes with forklift slots for flexible load handling and safety.
    • Bottom/Side/Rear wiring layout.
    • 3 wiring methods are supported - only the power line is needed. There is no need for underground wiring.

    Equipped with an intelligent Energy Management System (EMS), the PowerStack supports various functions such as Virtual Power Plant (VPP) integration and off-grid operation. It enables multi-dimensional dispatch across scenarios like photovoltaic (PV) integration, energy storage, charging stations, and diesel power generation control.

    ✔  Advanced Liquid Cooling

    Utilising intelligent liquid-cooling temperature control, the system ensures balanced heat dissipation with a cell temperature difference of ≤2.5°C. This technology extends the system's lifespan and reduces auxiliary power consumption through AI-controlled thermal balance.

    The PCS uses a forced-air cooling system.

    ✔  High-Level Protection for All Environments

    Designed for extreme conditions, the system operates from -30oC to 50oC, and at altitudes of up to 3,000 meters.

    ST455kWh-110kW-4h is designed for outdoor installation. With an IP55 rating, the system is protected against dust and water jets from all directions.

    In addition, it offers a C5 corrosion resistance - a very high level of corrosion protection. The system is suitable for highly corrosive environments often found, for example, in places with high humidity, in industrial facilities, and in coastal areas.

    ✔  Comprehensive Safety Features

    Sungrow ST455kWh battery energy storage utilises five layers of safety protection, including multi-level fuse protection, multistage overcurrent protection, fast breaking and arc extinguishing, and over-temperature protection. The system has a separate fire-resistant compartment.

    All these features are meant to contain and minimise the impact of any potential faults and to enhance the overall safety and reliability of the system.

    ✔  Three-layer Fire Safety to Suppress Thermal Runaway

    Sungrow ST4555kWh-110kW-4h provides a three-layer fire safety design, accurate early warning of thermal runaway, timely fire protection, and anti-explosion.

    The fire protection system layers:

    • Early Warning: it includes a flammable gas detector, a smoke detector, and a heat detector.
    • Explosion Venting: explosion vent panel. The enclosure of the cabinet meets 2h fire resistance.
    • Fire Protection: extinguish fire immediately to reduce damage. FK5112 gas is used as a fire suppression agent, as well as fire sprinklers.
    ✔  Intelligent Wireless O&M

    The system includes advanced local and remote monitoring via the web or iSolarCloud app, providing real-time data and alerts for quick identification and troubleshooting.

    Additionally, remote software updates are possible, significantly reducing operational and maintenance costs, and enabling a more streamlined and cost-effective energy management experience.
