SMA Advance Training 24-25 September
We had an excellent turnout at our two day SMA Advance installer training session held at SMA’s Milton Keynes headquarters last week, only just managing to squeeze everyone into the training room!
The first day started with the Complete Inverter Training module, covering all aspects of SMA’s inverter portfolio. This was then followed by design and planning and an introduction to SMA’s range of communication devices and features.
The second day covered the more technical aspects of installation, including design considerations and how best to maintain and service SMA solar installations. Participants also took part in the Sunny Design workshop, learning how to use SMA’s design software, and were introduced to Sunny Explorer – SMA’s online software for monitoring and analysing solar plants. The training finished off with an evaluation of the installers’ skills and knowledge, allowing them to become certified SMA installers.
The SMA Advance programme is the first by SMA to give endorsement to the installer. Becoming an SMA certified installer gives credibility to your business and service, as well as providing you with first access to up-to-date product information and marketing materials. You will also be listed in SMA’s accredited installer search on their website, giving you new business leads.
